My Approach
There are times we can become stuck in life’s challenges. We can find ourselves discouraged knowing how we would like things to be or how we would like to feel but instead find ourselves unable to navigate the best course. I enjoy helping individuals, couples, and families navigate through such challenges. My clinical approach is compassionate and engaged; focused on helping you achieve a higher sense of satisfaction and happiness. My counseling style is steeped in my belief that we are all unique and respond to the difficulties we face in diverse ways. This uniqueness requires an individualized, collaborative, and integrative approach tailored towards your personal strengths and desired goals. I work with clients who are stuck in current or past challenges. I can help you find relief from anxiety, depression, stress, grief, low self-esteem, and addiction. I can help you enhance relationships, rebuild wounded relationships, improve communication, work through grief, navigate parenting struggles, or adjust to an empty nest. I strive to help you develop a greater understanding of yourself while focusing concretely on your goals. Additionally, I work with young adults struggling with life’s transitions to effectively navigate change, manage stress, increase balance, develop tools to cope with past pains and successfully build skills for the future.

In our work together, I will utilize an Integrative Wellness and Solution Focused approach pulling from a variety of clinical methods and techniques to meet your desired goals. With a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University and Bachelors Degree from Shippensburg University, I went on to become licensed in PA as a Professional Counselor as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Wellness Coach, and Stress Management Coach, an integrative approach best utilizes my belief in the connection between the mind and body. In today's hectic world, we can find ourselves out of balance, stressed, overscheduled and struggling to find time for relaxation. Together we will embark on a journey towards whole-wellness centered on you achieving optimal satisfaction, happiness, and mindfulness.
